Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your booking with us. Therefore, we offer a 24-hour cancellation policy for all bookings made through our website.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You may cancel your booking by emailing us at drukdriving@gmail.com.
You will not be charged any cancellation fees. However, if you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your record will be flagged, and this may lead to future booking negligence.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time and for any reason. If we cancel your booking, you will not be charged any cancellation fees and we will make every effort to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment.
